Eco-Tuff™ Floor Coating is an advanced one component non-toxic self sealing hybrid bio-polyurethane decorative floor coating formulated to deliver outstanding abrasion, moisture, UV, and weathering resistance. The hard wearing bio-based polyurethane coating is a preferred high performance replacement for hazardous epoxies, polyurethanes, and lower performing acrylics. It is uniquely hard for excellent abrasion resistance yet has the ideal breathability and resiliency to provide a longer lasting durable barrier with superior resistance to cracking or peeling.
Eco-Tuff™ Floor coating is tintable to (12) standard high strength colorfast colors or with our optional anti-fade infrared reflective (I.R.) pigments. It is the best floor coating used for high traffic decorative concrete, non-skid, and wood deck coating applications. It is formulated for interior or exterior use. Our proprietary plant oil emulsion technology, which has the same or higher solvency power than mineral spirits, allows us to replicate petrochemical performance characteristics with common sense alternatives, but without compromising safety or costs. We are able to effectively blend various toxin free resins, bio-polyurethanes, and performance additives, then crosslink them for optimum resistance against abrasion, chemical, water, UV, and weather. Eco-Tuff™ may be used with decorative metallic pigments, mica flakes, color chips, or use our clear 80 mesh glass powders and recycled rubber to impart a barefoot friendly non skid texture.
