Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or for custom or special-order formulations.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the total weight of the products and the delivery destination. For our retail customers, we have a $200 minimum order for free standard freight within the continental U.S.

Bulk Orders and LTL Freight

Large volume orders, including drums, totes, or palletized materials, will be shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight.

  • Customers must ensure their receiving location can accommodate freight deliveries (e.g., loading dock or forklift access).

  • Any specialized freight services requested at the time of delivery, such as a liftgate or residential delivery, may result in additional carrier fees billed to the customer. Please inform us of these conditions immediately upon order. 

International Shipping & Exports

We offer international shipping to select global regions. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided via a custom export quote.

  • Your order will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eco Safety Products is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer and importer of record.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Damages

We take every precaution to ensure our products are securely packaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised, please email us within 48 hours at info@eco-safety.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition and packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and securely packed in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return To start a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us at info@eco-safety.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong product). Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including tinted products, custom products, or special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted and refunded, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, less return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
