Eco-Tuff™ Clearcoat is an advanced high solids one component non-toxic self sealing hybrid bio-polyurethane sealer formulated to deliver outstanding abrasion, moisture, UV, and weathering resistance. Our hard wearing bio-based polyurethane coating is a preferred high performance replacement for hazardous epoxies, polyurethanes, lacquer, and varnish type products. It is uniquely hard for excellent abrasion resistance yet has the ideal breathability and resiliency to provide a longer lasting durable barrier with superior resistance to cracking or peeling. Eco-Tuff™ Clearcoat waterproofing sealer produces a beautiful, non-yellowing clear finish available in a matte, satin, or gloss sheen suitable for interior and exterior use. Our proprietary plant oil emulsion technology, which has the same or higher solvency power than mineral spirits, allows us to replicate petrochemical performance characteristics with common sense alternatives, but without compromising safety or costs. We are able to effectively blend various toxin free resins, bio-polyurethanes, and performance additives, then crosslink them for optimum resistance against abrasion, chemical, water, UV, weather, and hot tire pickup. Eco-Tuff™ may also be used with decorative colored chips, mica flakes, or use our non skid clear aggregate powders to impart a non skid texture.
