25-YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Eco Safety Products (ESP) warrants this product when used for its intended purpose and is applied in accordance to the label instructions, will not blister or peel from properly prepared surfaces. Properly prepared surfaces is defined by publicly available coating preparation standards for optimum porosity, adhesion and durability. During the warranty period, avoid ponding water and intrusion of excessive water from insufficient waterproofing of seams, joints, flashings, trims, or substrates that are prone to constant sub-terrain moisture migration.
Regular maintenance cleaning must be observed using our neutral pH cleaner such as EcoFast 500 during the life of the coating. Acidic and alkaline cleaners will cause premature deterioration of coatings and will void warranty claims. Periodic spot repair or color refresh may be necessary due to damage or to extend exterior color life, unless the I.R. (infrared reflective) pigments are used. Spot repairing surface damage when they occur will help prolong the lifespan by prohibiting intrusion of elements that may cause further damage to the coating.
This Limited Warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage resulting from improper surface preparation, structural defects, failure of a previous paint, flooding, or improper application of the coating. This warranty is non‐transferable. If this product fails to perform as explained above when used according to label instructions within the warranty period, ESP will, upon presentation of proof of purchase (original sales receipt, photographs of affected area, and completion of the ESP technical survey), will provide an equivalent or comparable product for the affected area at no charge for an approved warranty claim.
ESP does not have control over surface preparation or application thus, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF LABOR FOR APPLICATION OF THE COATING. ESP SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS CONTAINED IN THE ABOVE WARRANTY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary state to state. This warranty does not apply to problems caused by alteration of this product, accident, misuse, environmental conditions, improper storage, abuse, or neglect.
